Suminagashi, Japanese paper marbling technique
Tuesday 7/8, 1 pm or 6 pm, or Saturday, 7/19, 10 am
Suminagashi is a traditional Japanese marbling technique where Sumi ink is floated on water to create swirling patterns that are then transferred to paper. The process involves carefully manipulating the ink on the water's surface to create a desired design before transferring it to the material. All materials are included and no experience is necessary.
14+, max. 15 students per class, $ 10.- per student
